Dr. Dharam P. Pandey is one of India's most recognised physiotherapists and neurorehabilitation specialists, with over 25 years of clinical practice, research, and institutional leadership. He currently serves as Director and Head of Department of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences at Manipal Hospitals, Dwarka, New Delhi β one of India's premier tertiary care hospitals β and as Managing Director and Founder of APARC Healthcare Private Limited, which operates 15 physiotherapy and rehabilitation centres across Delhi | Gurugram | Pune | Greater Noida.
His clinical expertise spans neurorehabilitation (stroke, spinal cord injury, TBI, Parkinson's disease), orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, women's health, oncological rehabilitation, and paediatric physiotherapy. He is the developer of the F-MATS (Functional Movement Analysis and Treatment Strategy) clinical framework β a proprietary approach to assessment and treatment used across APARC Health & Motion's network.
As a researcher, Dr. Pandey has published over 70 peer-reviewed papers in internationally indexed journals including Frontiers in Neurology, Brain Stimulation, Stroke (American Heart Association), and IJPOT. His research focuses on brain-computer interfaces, AI-powered therapy, frequency-tuned electromagnetic field stimulation, and telerehabilitation β all areas where he has conducted original randomised controlled trials with published results.
